So where are the rights of the women who are dying?
Taking the option away from women by making abortion illegal would only force them to seek other, more dangerous methods of abortion. Did you know that in countries where abortion is illegal, around 367 in every 100,000 women die from those risky illegal abortions?
Whereas in countries where abortion is legal, fewer than 1 in every 100,000 women die from abortions. And still that number is far fewer than the number of deaths associated with childbirth (1 in 10,000! In developed countries!)
You do realize that abortion choices in politics have little to do with the Bible. In fact the freest country in the world which over half the people living there are not Christian is an anti abortion country unless it is threatening the mother. Stop blaming Christians because you can't have your way because we have a shity gov.
do you really still think that all pro-lifers are christians? really? There are jews, muslims, pagans, wiccas...even atheist and agnostics! Everyone with a little bit of moral and aprecciation for life will be againts abortion
Seeing artwork like this makes me feel proud that in my home country abortion is ilegal

Actually for me it makes a lot of sense in a scientific way: without fertilization... there is no fetus... without fetus... there is no baby... and without a baby well... there is not you? If human life doesn't began in fertilization then when? if the human heart began to beat at 18 days of conception and slowly began to develop fingers, arms, the brain began to develop it began to respond to music, words ( one of my cousins works in a hospital in Peru, in the maternity area and he tells me) ... I simply don't get it. It profundity breaks my heart when I see new born babies and think that it will be perfectly legal to kill them just a few months later if her mother considerate him/ her inconvenient ( rape/incest or medical cases are less than the 1% percent of the abortions)
PD: I don't consider the pro-life atheist to be "weak". At least for me, they are the maximun proof that one can be a good person without a god (or many gods). As well as the abortion survivors are the maximum proof that abortion is wrong.
It's really awesome that you assume people just do this because they don't want a kid. No one wants a fucking abortion because of the amount of emotional and physical trauma involved. But sometimes shit happens and you have to, and who are you to decide what happens to their genitals? You don't know what led them to those decisions.
The fact that we have people like you who think that women deserve genital mutilation for getting an abortion proves that we don't really live in a society where women have equality. While there aren't many other people who advocate for that, you basically illustrate the belief that all women are irresponsible sex fiends who need to be punished by society.
Except it's not even a baby at that point... Once it's born, it will be, but until then it's not. Simply put, I don't see how it's morally right to force a person to go through with a pregnancy if they don't want to. I think it's just as bad as forcing someone to abort.
I must say that a fetus is not a person in my opinion. I think that until it is born and can breathe on its own, it's not a person. I'm so sick of people saying that someone is committing murder when they get an abortion. >.<
It's not just religion.I'm not very religious person and I do agree that religion shouldn't interfair in Law and human rights. And I don't think abortion is murder,I think it is something worse,it's forbiding someone to live.I'm not judging people who support abortion and I'm not trying to pick a fight,I see your point but I just can't bring myself to agree with it,no offence.Sorry for bad-grammar,English is my 2nd language,I hope you'll get the point
What is aborted from the female wound is not a person. It's a lump of cells that has the potential to one day become a person. It is aborted potential, not "forbidding somebody to live". To force a woman to carry a child, to make a choice about her own body for her is a violation of liberty if there ever was one.
